This commercial directory was published by Bennett & Co., who were a Birmingham printer and publisher. It covers the whole of the Birmingham conurbation and the surrounding counties (Worcestershire, Warwickshire and South Staffordshire). It was originally published as a buyers guide, but does include many small independent traders, including retailers. Includes an alphabetic listing, as well as a classification by trade.
