Prices of books on CD
Prices are marked against individual products on our product pages.  Prices are quite straightforward, and vary between £8 per CD for the cheapest  to £35 per CD  for the most expensive.  Please see the product pages for more detail.

The price includes post & packing for the UK.  For overseas deliveries £1 is added
A discount of 15% is offered to anyone who places further orders for CD's  within 15 days of the first order.
Prices of Pay-per-view
Prices for pay-per-view vary depending on whether you select to buy page view credits via a Voucher or through a Subscription.  Page view credits are used as follows:-
  • 1 page credit to view each page image (as a PDF file in your Internet browser)

No page view credits are needed to view Library search results (this searches the text all the books in the Library with the exception of the Electoral Registers).  There is no charge to view Electoral Roll results, but results will not be displayed unless you have a valid subscription or page view credits left on your voucher.

Vouchers are available from a minimum of £5 (35 page credits, or 15p per page) to £15 (150 page views, or 10p per page).  They are valid for 6 months (182 days). Prices are shown in the table below.  To order vouchers you will need to have resgistered with us, and be logged on.

A discount of 15% on Vouchers is available for anyone who places a further order for  vouchers within 15 days of the expiration date of a voucher.  The discount of is applied to the price per page, and results in more credits being offered for each voucher.  For example, with the 15% discount, the £5 voucher gives 41 page view credits. 

Subscriptions are available for 3-month, or 12-month periods.  A subscription with a limit of 100 page view credits per month is available for both periods at a lower price than the unlimited subscription, but of course the unlimited subscription allows you to view as many page images as you like during the subscription period.  With a subscription limited to 100 credits per month, you can buy additional credits on a Voucher if necessary. To order a subscription, you will need to have registered with us, and be logged on.

A discount of 15%  is available for anyone who places a further order for  a subscription  within 15days of the expiration date of  the original subscription.  The discount is applied directly to the total fee.  For example, the price of the a one-year unlimited subscription with the discount is reduced to £102. 

Please note that the pay-per-view and CD discount schemes are separate schemes.  This means that if you are entitled to a discount on CD purchases, you are not entitled to a discount on pay-per-view unless you have also made a purchase of a Voucher or a Subscription.  Similarly, if you are entitled to a pay-per-view discount, you are not entitled to a discount on CD's unless you have made purchase of CD's within the last 15 days.

Please note that if you require multiple users to access the system simultaneously you will need a group licence, and should contact us to agree terms and prices.

We can accept payments by cheque as long as the cheque is drawn on a UK bank in GB £ sterling. The same applies to money orders.
