The whole collection is available on-line, and - with the exception of Electoral Rolls - is also available on CD.
All our books are searchable, and you can make the search from this web-site. Once you find a relevant reference, you can immediately link to an image of the relevant page.
We are aiming for depth of coverage in the Midlands to give you better service, and this will improve with time. We are not going to widen coverage to make money, and we only charge to cover the costs of equipment and software.
We have many trade directories on the site (Kellys, Pigots, etc) and also many local history books.
The latest additions to the web-site are a number of indexed Birmingham Electoral Rolls. Completed so far are 1912, 1918 (Absent voters), 1920,1925,1930,1935,1939 & 1945. These can all be searched by name, by address or both. You can even look for two people living at the same address - useful if you are researching a common surname.
